It is a lazy Saturday morning... I have many things to do, but not yet :)
Yesterday I was called in to work again. The other girl I work with was sick so I went in to replace her. Its been a rough week there. Tuesday I was sick, Wednesday Peg's daughter was sick so she couldn't come in, and then Friday... Hopefully that is the last of it.
Last night Adam and I went out for dinner. We haven't done that in a long time. (Long is a relative term... since our honeymoon, a month and a half ago.) We went to Bazil's and I had Homemade Manicotti Crepes. It was like stuffed shells, but in a crepe. And of course I couldn't eat it all, so now we have some in our fridge. Adam had the Taste of Italy... which he always has. I have to try something different every time. After dinner we went and watched Narnia at the movie theatre. It was a nice date, even if we didn't get home till late... I had to write that cause it rhymed :)
Well I should go do something productive or else I'll start to get fat...

Wednesday Stuff
Ah, home at last. This morning I was called in to work because Peg's daughter is sick. I was sick yesterday... actually I'm currently recovering from strep throat. Yesterday I stayed home from work till my medicine kicked so I wouldn't be contagious anymore. I hate strep throat... it hurts! So glad I'm feeling better.
Last night, my husband and I went to my parents house. We have family Bible study every Tuesday night. We're in the book of Romans and last night my brother Dave went through chapter seven. I'm so glad that we have grace and the forgiveness of sins. There is no possible way we could ever be good enough to go to heaven on our own. Praise Jesus he paid the way!!!
Anyway, I love going and studying the word together and just spending time with all my brothers and my sister. Actually our group keeps getting bigger... Dave brought a friend of his and another family friend has come the past two weeks. It's fun :)
It is so cold! My house was 54 degrees when I came home. We turn off the heat when we're not home (to save money of course) and I can't believe how cold it got!
Well, I must go take care of things... laundry, vacuuming, dinner, I'm making a scarf for a friend whose birthday is Feb. 4th- that has to be done, water the plants, do my taxes, play with Louis (my kitty).... There is so much to do as a little wife. So ta-ta for now, maybe tomorrow I will do the wonderful 13 things about me Thursday thingy... we shall see...
Louis is so funny... he keeps trying to catch the words as I write them. Just had to write that :)
